The APS Method is a device designed to allow the athlete to work with the body in suspension.
The revolution of the APS method (Active Passive Elongation in Suspension), which thanks to a specific tool allows the athlete to work with the body in suspension, is particularly advantageous for the increase of ROM and the fluidity of competitive gestures, but also for articular and postural realignment.
The body of the athlete in "suspension" is subjected to a traction force that is used to make the stretching exercises more effective. With the suspended body, in fact, the load on the musculoskeletal system is lightened and, consequently, work on general flexibility is facilitated, which is a fundamental component of physical performance, as important as strength, power, speed and resistance, which are the physical qualities traditionally trained in the sport.
The APS method, through the reproduction of specific gestures performed in suspension, allows to correct the organization of body segments in action, thus rebalancing the biomechanical capacities. In this way the postural alignment takes place considering the interdependence that exists, in sports gestures, between all the articulations of the body and not limiting itself to a purely district intervention.
In summary, the new APS Method:
The APS Method is supplied with a DVD in which all the stretching exercises that can be performed on this device are illustrated.
